What do I get when I join the membership?

Depending on the tier you've chosen, your membership includes complimentary Lost iN city guides of your choice, unlimited access to our digital catalog, travel deals and discounts, invitations to member-only events, access to our private Instagram account with insider content, and discounts on all Lost iN merchandise.

How long is my membership good for?

Your membership lasts one-year from the date of purchase and will auto-renew. You will receive two books every year you are a member.

How do I choose my free city guides?

Once you become a member, you'll receive a link via email to a form to select your city guide. Once selected, we will ship the guides.

What's included in the digital catalog?

You will receive digital access to every city guide in the Lost iN catalog and all future guides published or updated throughout the year. Our current catalog has over 30 city guides and we will be adding 4-5 new titles and updates every year.

What types of travel deals can I expect?

Members receive exclusive access to a private travel platform with discounts of up to 20% of standard rates.

Can I cancel my membership (and get a refund)?

Yes. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at membersonly@lostin.com. Since this is a digital product, we are unable to provide refunds after purchase.
