Refund policy

We have no-return policy for all books purchased on lostin.com. If the product is defective or there is an issue with shipping, we are available to help. You can contact us at info@lostin.com with any questions or inquiries. 

We want you to love your LOST iN gear! If you aren't completely satisfied with your swag or posters, we’ve got you covered with a simple return process.

How Our Returns Work

  • We Provide the Label: No need to stand in line at the post office to figure out postage. We will send a return shipping label directly to your email.

  • The Refund Details: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will refund you the full purchase amount minus the cost of the return shipping.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your swag or posters must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them. Posters must be free of creases, tears, or pinholes.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Shoot an email to infor@lostin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you are returning.

  2. Get Your Label: We will reply with your return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack It Up: Repackage the items securely (especially posters, so they don't get damaged in transit!), attach the label to the outside of the box or tube, and drop it off with the carrier.

  4. Get Refunded: Once your package arrives at our facility, we will process your return. Your refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be applied to your original payment method.

Note to Customers: Original shipping charges from your initial purchase are non-refundable. The cost of the return label will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
