Steamed Zucchini with Coriander and Pickled Orange
- A few young zucchinis, they can be differently coloured and shaped (One zucchini flower per person)
- One orange
- One potato
- Creme fraîche
- Coriander seeds
- Olive oil
- Verjus (or a light reduction of dry white wine) White wine vinegar
- Sugar, salt
- Some leaves of nasturtium or mustard greens
