Gnocchi with Broccolini and Green Peas

Gnocchi
- 340g or 1 large potato, a floury variety
- 12g (a little less than 21/2 tbsp) grated parmesan cheese Half an egg, beaten
- 65g (1/2 cup) flour type 00
- A pinch of grated nutmeg
- Salt and black pepper
Sauce
- 125g (1/2 cup) cold butter, cut into cubes 25g (a little more than 11/2 tbs) water 60 g (0.130 lb) broccolini
- 40g (1/3 cup) green peas
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 5g (1tsp) fresh thyme
- 1 clove of wild garlic, crushed Salt, Maldon salt
