- Bronze fennel (or young fennel leaf)
- Lemon agastache (or lemon balm)
- Bean flowers, Chianti sunflowers, Marigolds (or edible flowers)
- Dashi

- Fig wood infused oil (may substitute with oil of your preference) Mirin
