Food Pharmacy’s Golden Soup
Soup
- 2 tbsp cold pressed canola oil 1⁄2 yellow onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 head of cauliflower head
- 4 medium carrots
- 1⁄2 cup of raw cashews (soaked for 2–4 hours) 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 5 cups of water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp herb blend (see below)
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Herb Mix
- 4 tbsp dried thyme
- 4 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp dried sage
- 2 tsp of dried rosemary 1 tsp sea salt
Topping
- 1 can (230g) of cooked chickpeas 1⁄2 tsp cold pressed canola oil
- 1⁄2 tsp herb mix
- Cauliflower leaves or 1 cup kale
