  • 112g (3/4 cup plus 2 tbs) dried rice koji powder 112g (3/4 cup plus 2 tbs) sugar
  • 94g (3/4 cup) oats
  • 56g (1/2 cup) flour
  • 94g (61⁄2 tbs) cold butter, diced
To serve
  • Winter truffle × 20g Acidic sour jam of choice
