- 200g (1 1/3 cups) blackberries
- 30g (2 tbs) miso paste
- 30g (2 tbs) cream butter
- 500g (little more than 1lb.) beetroot 100ml (1/3 cup + 2tbs) beet juice
- 1 red meat radish (pink radish) Sherry vinegar
- Olive oil
- Maldon salt
- Citrus marigolds or chervil, basil or other Crushed ice
